Dog By The River: Wyatt Sommer, Compostition Photos and Captions Exercise
This picture displays rule of thirds with the dog being the focal point and subject in the foreground. The image is multi-layered with the dog, river, and trees in the back ground. This picture is very well balanced because the dog on the right has just enough look room while the trees and sun in the background make the image appealing to the eye. This would be an example of a candid shot because I was able to snap the shot just as I got the dogs attention. The shadowing of the dog and snow gives the image a sense of depth. The blue and light blue colors of this image give it a cool filling which fits perfect because of how cold it was. I took this photo of my friends dog while I was fishing at Warm River, Idaho. This photo was taken around 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 14.
