Suppercross Rider: Wyatt Sommer, Composition Photos and Captions Exercise
In this image, my brother and his dirt bike are the subject. This picture was taken at a low angle just off the front fender of the dirt bike. The reds an yellow give the image great color contrast with the blue sky in the background. Look room was also given to the subject as he poses and looks directly at the camera. The rule of third was used because the subject is not centered. This picture has great depth and perspective because the front fender (very defined and visible) leads the eye to my brother (slightly blurred in the mid ground). This photo does have layering with the fender in the foreground, my brother (the rider) in the mid ground, and the sky in the background. This photo was taken of my brother on Sunday, January 15, at around 2:00 p.m. and my mothers house in Egin, Idaho. He is anxiously waiting for the snow to melt so he can get back to riding.
