As I left CMP 2202 on Thursday January 12th 2017 around 12:30 pm and headed to lunch I noticed steam pouring out of an underground vent. I noticed that because of the wind, the steam was created a diagonal line that matched the nearby path. This used leading lines to direct the viewers eye. It uses similar colors where the snow matches the path and the steam yet the green helps to show the viewer contrast so that they know what to look at. I attempted to use the rule of thirds in order to put the path in the bottom right and the steam in the top left. There is not biological subject in the photo and no posing which adds a candid element to the scenery.
