Shelby Boyce-A dog and his bone, ready for bed.

A black lab mix, named Shakespeare is ready for bed. Because napping all day just isn't enough. The color contrast in the picture is depicted with the most color being black, because of Shakespeare. The orange and blue blankets as well as the color of the bone contrast with his coat to provide depth. This is also a candid shot because the dog just wanted to go to bed, I just wouldn't stop bothering him for a picture. The depth and perspective is shown with the focus on the bed spread and bone, while the rest is mildly blurred. The foreground of the bone makes it the first thing the eye sees when viewing the picture. The lines on the top blanket make the eye look deeper into the picture, keeping the view in the frame. The colors of the top blanket also compliment the dog's coat, providing balance in color. This photo was taken Friday, January 13th at 9:52 pm at my house.
